Personalized Precision Longevity Medicine

You were told you're fine. You still don't feel like yourself.

Invictus Longevity takes a comprehensive, root-cause approach to understand what may be limiting your energy, metabolism, hormones, body composition, performance, and long-term health.

Look Great. Feel Great. Be Great.

Feel Better. Function Better. Perform Better.

Why Invictus

A higher-resolution view of your health.

A lab can be in range while you remain exhausted, gain weight, lose strength, or feel unlike yourself. “Normal” does not always explain what is optimal for you.

We look beyond isolated symptoms and blanket protocols. Your history, physiology, advanced biomarkers, body composition, lifestyle, medications, and goals are interpreted together—then translated into an individualized plan you can understand.

Evaluate

See the full picture

Comprehensive history and purposeful testing reveal patterns that a routine visit may not have time to connect.

Prioritize

Address what matters first

We separate signal from noise and build a focused strategy around the highest-value opportunities.

Personalize

Treat the person, not the protocol

Medical therapy, nutrition, supplementation, training, and lifestyle strategies are selected for your needs.

Refine

Measure the response

Follow-up and objective trends guide adjustment. Care is active, deliberate, and never set-and-forget.

When the usual answer is not enough

You know when your health has changed.

These concerns may have several contributing factors. The first step is understanding the pattern—not assuming there is one universal fix.

  • 01Persistent fatigue
  • 02Weight gain or metabolic resistance
  • 03Brain fog or reduced focus
  • 04Low libido or hormonal change
  • 05Loss of strength or muscle
  • 06Slower recovery and performance
  • 07Sleep or stress dysregulation
  • 08Concern about future health risk

Areas of care

One connected strategy. Not six disconnected protocols.

Care may draw from several disciplines, but every recommendation is organized around your priorities, clinical appropriateness, and measurable outcomes.

01

Hormone health

A comprehensive approach to male and female hormone health—considering symptoms, physiology, metabolic health, fertility goals, and long-term risk before therapy is recommended.

TRT · BHRT · Fertility-aware planning

02

Medical weight loss & metabolic health

Medical weight loss built around metabolic health, not the scale alone. When clinically appropriate, GLP-1/GIP therapy is paired with nutrition, protein targets, body-composition monitoring, and a plan to preserve lean mass.

GLP-1/GIP therapy · Lean-mass preservation · Monitoring

03

Cardiometabolic longevity

A deeper assessment of insulin resistance, advanced lipids, inflammation, vascular risk, and the modifiable factors that shape long-term health.

Advanced biomarkers · Risk reduction · Monitoring

04

Integrative & functional medicine

A root-cause evaluation of the systems that may be contributing to fatigue, brain fog, digestive symptoms, inflammation, or reduced resilience.

Nutrients · Gut health · Environmental factors

05

Body composition & performance

Objective measurement of muscle, fat, and hydration—translated into practical targets for strength, recovery, and metabolic performance.

Body composition testing · Lean-mass strategy · Trend analysis

06

Advanced therapies

Peptide and advanced therapies, targeted mitochondrial support, and other cutting-edge small-molecule therapies may be considered when clinically appropriate, with individualized selection, transparent informed consent, and ongoing clinical oversight.

Individualized selection · Measured response

Your experience

Clarity first. Then a plan.

The foundation of care is a two-visit process: a comprehensive intake and baseline evaluation, followed by a dedicated review that turns your findings into an individualized strategy.

  1. 01

    Comprehensive intake

We begin with your history, symptoms, prior testing, current treatments, goals, and the context conventional snapshots often miss.

  2. 02

    Measure what matters

Baseline and advanced testing are selected for you—not ordered as a one-size-fits-all panel.

  3. 03

    Connect the findings

A dedicated results visit turns isolated values into a coherent clinical picture and a prioritized strategy.

  4. 04

    Treat, track, refine

Your response is monitored through follow-up, repeat testing, and objective trends so the plan can evolve with you.

Longitudinal care

Your care evolves with you. We follow your progress over time, listen to how you are feeling and responding, and thoughtfully adjust your plan to support your changing needs and long-term goals.

How we practice

Independent by design. Personalized precision care, individualized just for you.

Every person is unique and deserves healthcare designed around their individual needs, priorities, and goals.

Patient first

Recommendations begin with your health—not trends, quotas, or corporate influence.

Evidence with judgment

Research matters. So do clinical context, biologic variation, patient preference, and honest uncertainty.

Transparent care

Benefits, limitations, alternatives, and the status of off-label or compounded therapies are discussed clearly.

Partnership, not dependency

You should understand your health, the purpose of your plan, and what progress actually looks like.

Christopher R. Castellano, founder of Invictus Longevity

Christopher R. Castellano, PA-C, MSPAS, ABAAHP, FLM, holds dual board certification: NCCPA Board Certification as a physician associate and board certification through the American Board of Anti-Aging Health Practitioners. He completed the Fellowship in Longevity Medicine through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, with advanced training in metabolic and longevity medicine.

His experience spans urgent care, internal medicine, sports medicine, pain management, medical weight management, hormone optimization, and longevity medicine. Across more than 15 years of practice, he has evaluated and treated more than 80,000 patients—experience that shaped a practical, deeply personalized approach to complex health concerns.

Christopher founded Invictus Longevity after recognizing a recurring gap in conventional healthcare: patients were often managing multiple diagnoses with multiple medications, yet many still did not feel or function at their best. He believed care should be more individualized—taking time to understand the whole person, investigate underlying contributors, and build a plan around each patient's physiology, history, priorities, and goals.

Invictus Longevity was created to provide personalized precision healthcare that supports both present-day function and long-term health. The practice seeks to identify modifiable risks and early changes before they progress, address underlying contributors when possible, and help reduce the likelihood or impact of future complications. His goal is not simply to add years to life, but to help patients remain healthier, more capable, and more functional throughout those years.

Christopher served as adjunct faculty for the Seton Hall University Physician Assistant Program and currently serves as an AAPA clinical preceptor. His work is grounded in rigorous evaluation, clear patient education, and the thoughtful integration of emerging therapies with established clinical care.
